Well, to keep things easy, a Keep In Mind list (for short KIM) is a list where, if you see a listing of mine you would like to own, you can sign the owner's KIM list, so if he or she ever decides to give up, can contact you to advise that listing is up for adoption =) Notice that signing the list won't assure you the listing.
